I have always been extremely close with my grandparents. As a child I would spend the weekends at my grandparents farm and would 'help' however i could. I loved sunflowers and my Paw-Paw would always let me plant some in an area of his garden. With Easter coming up next weekend my thoughts brought me back to my grandparent's garden and everything that he used to plant. The blackberries and grapes still remain, along with all the peppers, and the broccoli. But the tulips are by far my favorite thing about spring and about the garden. The tulips are a great reminder of Grandfather, and i think that is why i love them as much as i do.
